Welcome to Kindergarten!

                                            

 

  Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am excited to be your child's kindergarten teacher this year! Our classroom will be an exciting environment where we will grow, explore, and learn together! Young children learn best by doing so there will be lots of hands-on learning taking place every day!

  I am originally from Hardeeville and have enjoyed teaching here in the town throughout my teaching career. This is my 26th year as an Early Childhood teacher and am so honored to be teaching here at Royal Live Oaks. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the College of Charleston, and a Master's Degree from Georgia Southern University. I have three children: identical twin boys Jacob and Jaydon and a daughter, Olivia. Jacob and Jaydon both graduated from college Magna Cum Laude this past year and are on their way to Veterinarian School and Law school next year. Olivia is a junior in high school.  I also have four rescued dogs: Emi, Greta, Bowen, and Dobby that I enjoy spending time with. 

  I am looking forward to working with you to help your child be successful. Learning is a beautiful partnership between students, teachers, and families.
