She excelled in college despite working nights, graduated with honors, and dedicated 13 years to teaching Science and Math in public schools in the Philippines. Although her first attempt to teach in the United States was unsuccessful, she remained committed to her goals. After moving to the Cayman Islands, she discovered a passion for early childhood education and grew professionally as a preschool teacher. She later achieved her dream of teaching in South Carolina at Royal Live Oaks Academy. Her journey reflects resilience, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to education, while always remaining grateful for her humble roots.
