K-3 Multilingual Teacher

Hi there! 👋 My name is Mrs. Jenn Schoenherr Hodge, and I am thrilled to be working with our Kindergarten through 3rd grade Multilingual Learners this school year! Helping students grow in confidence, build language skills, and discover the joy of learning is one of my favorite parts of teaching.

I have been a proud member of the Royal Live Oaks family since 2014. Before calling Bluffton home, I grew up in Ohio and earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Kent State University. In 2007, I made the move south, and I've loved being part of this wonderful community ever since. I am also currently working toward my master's degree at Clemson University in Literacy and ESOL, and I enjoy learning new ways to help all students become confident readers, writers, and communicators.

When I'm not at school, you can usually find me spending time with my family and friends, traveling to new places, or enjoying time at church. I love making learning fun, celebrating every success, and helping each student shine.
