The Royal Live Oaks Academy Finance Office functions as the finance and budgeting arm of the Academy. It is responsible for most of the financial aspects of the Academy, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Audit Management
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Purchasing and Procurement
- Inventory and Asset Management
- Grant Management
Royal Live Oaks Academy contracts with an external (or independent) auditor to review all Academy finances. The auditors report directly to the Royal Live Oaks Academy School Board.
Purchasing and contracting for all services, equipment and supplies are handled through this office in accordance with South Carolina State Procurement regulations.
The Finance Office also provides important budget information to State and Federal agencies, the South Carolina Department of Education, the School Board, District staff and administration and the Executive Director.
